This package is perfectly designed for couples who are busy during the day and do not have the necessary extra time to plan their dream wedding but still want to enjoy being involved in the planning process. Let us research and call vendors, visit sites and suggest creative options – you make the decisions. We handle the coordination so you can minimize the wedding planning stress! Elements include:
Budget Formulation & Guidance: We will help you develop a realistic budget for your wedding and keep track of expenses throughout the planning process.
Guest list and Bridal Party Management: We will help you create and manage your guest list, invitations and RSVP’s. We will contact delayed RSVP response cards, and manage the final count. We will arrange and execute a seating chart on your request and ensure that guests are seated accordingly on Wedding Day. We will send at least three electronic forms of communication to your Bridal Party throughout planning process no more than six to ensure they are informed and prepared for any tasks that are asked of them. We will ensure that attire is ordered and received in time for Wedding Day.
Ceremony & Reception Venue Selection: Your assigned Wedding Planner will compile a list of facilities available for your date and price range in a slideshow format. You can choose from that list the halls we will make appointments for you to attend for viewing with your planner. We will repeat this process as often as you like until we find the perfect venue for you.
Wedding Planning Team: Your team will consist of one planner, two assistants, and a Bride’s assistant for the day of the wedding. Your planner can assist you in the attire for your bridal party, and help to manage the process of determining their formal wear for your wedding day. Your planner will also attend your final fitting to learn the mechanics of your dress, train, and bustle. You will have access to a personal stylist for at least one hour no more than four hours throughout your planning process to help you select your attire, and your bridal party’s attire. The time will be managed in one hour increments based on schedule availability of the stylist.
Vendor Coordination: We will gather proposals from at least three vendors in every category that fall within your budget. We always recommend professional and reputable vendors that we know will take great of your vision. After you’ve made your selections, all you have to do is sign the contracts and arrange for payment. We confirm their arrival and departure times before the wedding day. Leave the rest of the coordination to us!
Presence at Any Wedding-Related Meetings: If you’d like, we’ll be happy to attend meetings with florists, reception sites, officiants, musicians, or even your dress fittings. We’ll take notes, ask questions, and provide expert opinions at the conclusion of each meeting, maximum of two meetings per vendor category. Meetings must be scheduled at least 7 days in advance to commit to attendance.
Stationery: Design development and printing of 75 custom invitations and printed envelopes from a standard selection of stationery from our inventory*. We will assemble and address your stationery purchased from us or a vendor of your choice. As a platinum package customer you are entitled to FREE place card seating cards and printing for your guests tables at the reception, and FREE ceremony programs. Mailing of invitations (postage not included).
Website: Free wedding website from our standard selection of templates with unlimited hours worth of creation and edit time.
Out of Town Guest & Bridal Party Lodging Arrangements: Let us choose or recommend convenient lodging for your guests. We will arrange room blocks and rooming lists with the chosen hotel(s) and negotiate special rates. We will also create maps and itineraries for the wedding weekend for your out of town guests so that they can feel comfortable knowing where they are going.
We will provide up to 10 out of town gift bags for your guests upon arrival to their hotel from our standard out of town welcome to Cleveland gift bag selection. Additional bags can be purchased if necessary at the standard costs.
Rehearsal Direction: Let us help line up your wedding party and show them how it’s done! We also direct ushers and cue music for your processional and recessional. We will coordinate all details with your ceremony site, ceremony vendors, and bridal party.
Timeline: Let us schedule your wedding-day events! This itinerary includes contact information, rehearsal directions, rehearsal dinner specifics, ceremony details, and a reception timeline. It lets your entire wedding party know when and where they have to be to get them to the ceremony and reception on time! We will ensure that your day runs smoothly so that you can focus enjoying your day.
Ceremony set-up/Reception set-up: We arrive at your ceremony site as early as possible to display programs, set up a unity candle or other ceremony items, arrange pew decoration, and give your ushers a last-minute reminder of how to seat guests. We will ensure that the facility is decorated as you directed and your wishes are carried out! This may include placing favors at each setting, putting out table numbers, setting out place cards, displaying a guest book, decorating tables, or an assortment of many other different things!**
Chair Covers: This package includes: 75 standard banquet chair covers in (white, ivory, or black) if you use us as your linen rental company. *** If chair covers are provided with your venue package you can receive up to 10 table runners at no charge for guest or specialty tables.
Event Management: Our role the day of your wedding is to prevent and fix any problems that may arise during your event while helping you maintain a cool composure. This will allow you to enjoy quality time at your wedding reception and enjoy your first few hours of marriage among dear family and friends. We will remain easily accessible to you through the entire event in case there are any last minute details you’d like us to attend to on your behalf. We keep things in order and moving so you don’t have to!
Pack Presents: We ensure all of your gifts and cards make it into the appropriate car at the end of the evening. We also pack up extra favors, candles, programs, and other personal belongings to send home. We’ll even put your overnight bags in the limousine before you depart so you can leave your reception knowing nothing is forgotten.
Regular Progress Meetings & Unlimited Correspondence: Of course you’ll need some help along the way! We are available by email and phone and will respond to messages/calls within 24 hours during regular business hours. We can setup meetings as needed with each other, and vendors. This package entitles you to at least two one hour conference calls per month during the wedding planning process.
Wedding Night Suite Décor: (limited to hotel-based receptions or those within 10 miles of event)
Rental Returns: We will return small rental items for you (i.e. cake stands, linen napkins, etc.)****
Bridal Event: We will assist you with planning one additional Bridal Event (Bridal Shower, Bachelorette Party, Morning after Brunch, Engagement Party, Rehearsal Dinner, etc.). The date must be booked at least 90 days ahead, and can be led by Planner’s Assistant.
All of our packages (except day of coordinator) include unlimited etiquette advice for invitation wording, seating arrangements, and any other situation where you might need ideas on how to tactfully approach situations as they arise during your wedding planning. Our packages also guarantee that we travel with a pre-made “emergency kit” which includes various items like safety pins, scissors, deodorant, band-aids, etc. All packages (except day of coordinator) include unlimited time on wedding day; we will be the first to arrive and the last to leave.
All packages include the event coordinator and one additional team member. The Platinum Package includes an assistant for the Bride on wedding day. For guests list exceeding 200 guests we will add an additional assistant to your package price. This is a $250 flat fee for the entire day.
